A consultation is simply a brief conversation to talk about what’s bringing you here, ask any questions you may have, and get a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

• A chance to talk about what’s been feeling difficult or stuck

• Space to ask questions about the process

• An opportunity to see whether working together feels like a good fit

If it makes more sense for you to work with one of the clinicians in my practice, we’ll talk through that together.

Logistics

Sessions are offered in person in Los Angeles and via telehealth throughout California.

This is a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly, but can provide documentation for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
